Pros
air conditioned room and small prayer room.
Cons
One of the worst workplaces I've ever been to. First, the salary is small and not worth the workload. They still give you basic salary even though you have good skills in your department or a degree holder. Second, the workers especially the older one, love to gossips behind other back. The old workers (I'm referring to workers that have work there for more than a year) only genuinely care about other wellbeing but only amongst themselves. When you first admitted into the office, they expect you to know everything by then or else you'll be scolded for something that you didn't even know it's wrong. And most of the time, you'll be scolded and disregard with curse words by faults that you didn't even do. Third, managements often favors male over female workers. They always prioritize male workers in every aspect, and took extra care of their feelings. For example, if you did faults in work, during production for instances, you'll be scolded if you're a woman, but the management will just let it go if you're a man. Fourth, the boss keeps meddling their personal emotion with office works, which discomforts many workers. If the boss is in a bad mood at home, they'll show it in office too. It'll be worst if the boss already didn't like you from the start even though you didn't do anything. They'll set you as their stress-reliever target. There's many more that I want to complaint but it'll be 3 pages long if I keep going. These are all from my observation working there, as well as other ex-workers stories. Overall, I don't recommend working here.
