      Staff salaries paid on time

      Cons

      1 lack of professionalism 2 employees grow through gossip and eye service. 3 they have hired and fired person after two days of employment 4, staffs are enslave to false religious believe. They will sack you, if you dont attent prayers. 5. Official closing time is 5pm, but you dont dare close by 5pm. An account was sacked because he was close by 5pm. 5. I hide all my years writing professional exams. If you are caught, you are gone. 6. All managers are like common employees. Can be fired anytime. Only the MD and two mediocre managers cut the shot. 7. No carrier growth.

      The salary is paid at the right time.

      1. Imposing religious activities on employees. 2. No job security, you can resume work today and get fired tomorrow because of flimsy reasons. 3. Toxic work environment, the management encourages unhealthy competition amongst staff. 4. No career growth, very poor organizational structure. 5. Micro management. 6. Poor talent management.

      Nothing to see here except the basics that is required of every employee

      Cons

      The work culture here is very poor and there is lack of systems and structure. People work for months without a job description, roles are not clearly defined and no one really cares until there’s an external audit. There’s a lack of professional Human Resources structure.
