Lack of direction, no clear mandate, lots of layoffs. Ambiguous job roles

they tell you at the beginning not to approach or talk to the third generation owner, the holding company can't be accessed and everyone thinks they are better than you. After not even a year they restructured and laid off 20 people and now a year later they are hiring some of the positions again. During the lay offs the owner bought a 80k painting in the meeting room and a 12 million EUR boat for himself.
