      Pros

      Management was mostly great to work with

      Cons

      but there were a few who are no longer with the company hard to get along especially when you get along with everyone. Late hours and sometimes long and not enough help.

      Employee discount and flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Retail hours! Open every holiday except for Christmas day! Also never enough time or staff to get the job done or not able to maintain the integerity of the store. Unless you are having a corporate visit; then the store will be spotless for insiders (high level execs @ JCP) but we never got enough time to clean it that good for their customers!
