- Nonsense and very strict rules. I dont know why all of our belongings kena letak dalam locker including PHONE just because “we are dealing with customer’s information” bruhh, even bank pun tak buat policy and nonsense macam ni. Imagine if ada emergency, ada kematian keluarga. You would be the last person who knows about it. Totally disagree with this kind of policies - Second, every morning kena sampai office 8:30. At First i thought, sebab nak prepare ourself before work or culture japan yang punctual. But no bro, datang awal sebab pagi pagi tu kau kena buat kerja amal. Kena clean the entire office including, lap meja, sapu lantai, vaccum, lap tingkap. Dah macam budak sekolah kena kemas kelas. At this point i question myself “whats the purpose of cleaner kalau kita yang kena buat ?” . Imagine all these tak disebut pun during interview. - Third, attire. I totally understand if you want your employees to wear formal everyday. But in this case, you have to wear formal + plain + PASTEL COLOUR ONLY. On my first day working there, i wore dark grey plain formal shirt and guess what ? on my very first day dah dapat warning daripada HR. I dont really know whats the correlation of wearing dark colour affect the culture of the work like how ? doesnt make sense. Even kerja kerajaan pun takde suruh pakai pastel colour only. If you want to implement your so-called japanese culture to Malaysia then dont. This is Malaysia, not your country. Follow Malaysia punya rules ! - Kerja yang boring, regardless your department. Kerja sama jee which is kena call customer. No career development. Tak sesuai kalau kau kerja sini pastu nak main lompat lompat company. - Seating. Working here feels like you are taking SPM. Meja memang semua menghadap satu tempat. Takde privacy sikit pun. Kau buat benda aneh sikit memang akan terus nampak. - Pantry. Pantry takde apa apa. Kopi ke, uncang teh ke, gula ke. Takde apa. - Makan dekat workplace is prohibited. Tak pernah lagi aku jumpa office yang macam ni. Kau nak makan gula gula ke, biskut ke, benda ringan ke, tak boleh. Pernah ada 1 employee ada biskut yang belum buka lagi pun atas meja. Kena warning letter. Like cmon bro, theres no need for you to be like this, employee makan benda ringan je, bukan nasi kandar. Please la have empathy dekat employee - Company nii sesuai untuk intern je, kau nak kerja tetap kat sini memang tak sesuai lagi lagi kalau yang baru kahwin. Sebab life dekat company ni bukan “Work to live” but more to “Live to work” - Jangan terpedaya dengan 4 star tu. Theres one friends of mine who resign before me told me that, the management force their employees to give good reviews towards this company just because taknak nampak turnover rate tinggi. - Overall i would say that this company is not good.
