Pros

Notice the last 4 reviews were done on the same day...it's the CEO pretending to be different employees. No one before as given a good review. Check out other sites rating the CEO. There are NO pros with this company. Giving them 1-star for it's unhappy hardworking employees who has to deal with a psychopathic CEO. They work long hours in an extremely negative toxic atmosphere without proper payment or acknowledgment! Endless belittling by the CEO who has an attention span of a goldfish.

Cons

The CEO has clinically significant levels of psychopathic traits, and a severe form of antisocial personality disorder include being impulsive and irresponsible behavior, manipulation, deceit, an inability to control anger, blaming others! He does that very well to everyone who works for him, plus his vendors too. Everyone is against him, so he preaches! So if you want to dread going to a toxic workplace or in the worst case, jeopardizing your career by supporting poor leadership this is the perfect place. It's a revolving door.

Pros

If you seek a completely unprofessional work experience this is a win win.

Cons

All previous reviews are true and not from disgruntled employees. Truley a terrible place with constant turnover due to the ownerships inability to stay on one course of action. The only constant is that ownership puts 100% of their energy into spying on his employees and pitting each against one another. Their first course of action when you resign is to contact your coworkers, vendors and clients and attempt to dissmantle any relationships and credibility.

I apologize that JDAV is not working out for you as an individual. Being that you are a current employee, maybe we could come up with a plan to better your work experience. We are always looking for new ways to improve morale and to increase employee satisfaction. The company promotes an open space work environment and does not have any reasons or means to “spy” on its employees. We have grown from a 5 person small company to a 55 person large company in the last 22 years. Since 2012 we have grown double in size. Twenty percent of our employees have been here 10 years or more. Ten percent of our employees have been here 5 years or more. Forty percent of our employees have been employed between 2-5 years. Although it has been a challenge because of our growth within the past few years, we have hired more members to accommodate an increasing work flow.
