Pros

Good Pay Good Benefits Package You Get A Tool Account Per Sold Hours

Cons

They make you work on jobs that require two people by yourself with no help. Management has a lack of respect for the employees and will never listen to the employee to make positive changes within the company.

Pros

Plenty of hours (so long as they dont send you home when you get close to 40) The people they have working for them. (For the majority)

Cons

They say take great care but they do the opposite for the employees. Too much overhead, the structure of nextstar seems more cult like than a tool in their inventory. Lots going on behind the scenes, smile to your face stab you right in the back. Carousel of employees for a reason.

Great for Experience, Family is a lie

Pros

-JD Service Now is great for early experience and learning, some truly great and well learned people like Chris L and David R will teach you the ways. -Coworkers always made things more manageable

Cons

-Normal blue collar hours, not really easy for anyone -To management, you are 100% a number -Not good long term unless you make it into management, I know several people there for years who do not even make $30 an hour despite everywhere else paying more for the same experience -They did not, when I was still there, help purchase any tools when you first started so you needed to struggle on $15 an hour to purchase $1,000 in tools. Older employees would donate tools and lend them out to help but this put insane strain on people.
