      Toxic environment worsens with benefit cuts and overload

      Pros

      Some benefits were taken away, and other benefits were cut back.

      Cons

      Board cutting benefits, bonuses, and raises. No more pension. Toxic work environment. Several managers and project managers have left because of it. Frontline workers are overloaded because of everyone leaving and nobody replacing them to save money, while the CEO makes nearly a million dollars a year in pay and benefits. More cuts are on the way.
