Pros
Happy and healthy work environment--solid work culture. Good work--an office that consistently brings in new work. Good leadership--kind, hardworking, fair leaders that take time to listen to staff and understand how to create a pleasant working environment.
Cons
Not many cons... I was only a summer intern, so I cannot speak on pay and benefits.
