team, remote job, and the possibility to travel and meet up with your team members sometimes all paid by the company, network.
Cons
CHAOS, management is NOT able to handle the situations, they change their minds easily, and they keep people that are disrespectful and towards micro-management. They are a start-up but want to behave as a big multinational. Makes no sense.
