Pros

good company benefits (comprehensive insurance, claims)

Cons

Managers who stayed at the company for several years thought they own the company. Plays favoritism and bully those that they do not like. Non collaborative environment with senior commenting "i do not want to train new joiners"

Pros

JERA operates a large-scale and stable energy business, providing a strong sense of reliability and long-term security. The company places a high priority on safety, compliance, and risk management, which is critical in the energy industry.

Cons

Decision-making can be relatively slow due to multiple approval layers. Organizational processes tend to be conservative, which may limit rapid experimentation.

Truly terrible

Pros

Nice pantry and office is near to Raffles Place MRT

Cons

Little to no guidance, long working hours (usually end at 9pm - 10 pm), culture between divisions is not collaborative and it is difficult to grow. You are also frequently required in the office and for certain teams, there are almost no or maybe 1 work-from-home day (even though they will tell you in the interview that they have 2 work-from-home days, Mon and Fri, this is not practiced based on my observation)
