Only focus on Richmond: - very bad management (bad time management for everything ) - stressful working environment (no talking between colleague, include business talk) - old school business running (they believe people only do the best in high pressure) - turn over rate very high - two faced man for management - under paid with a high workload - 20 min arrive before the working time
