Pros
Great work-life balance, great employee benefits, nicest coworkers I've ever worked with, everything is systemized
Cons
Since everything is systemized based on the HQ, it's quite challenging if you want to make a breakthrough and small chance for promotion as the turn over rate is really small If you are the type of person who prefers more dynamic environment, maybe this place is not for you. But if you are into work life balance, peaceful and calm environment, this is definitely the place for you.

The pressure is shallow; you can even maintain your work-life balance. It's suitable for someone who has a family

the career path is time-based which you have to wait for the position is empty for promotion
