      None and they have a laughable training plan

      Cons

      They dont train anyone or let anyone learn the route they will be on before they expect them to be as fast as people that have been there a while. They dont help you to better yourself they just cut you instead

      Good opportunity to learn DOT regulations. Safety is Important

      Cons

      $130 a day for 10-12 hour days. Overall low morale. Longest employee worked there for 2 years.

      Expected to work 18 hour days for base pay of no more than $150. A day. Do the math.
