Pros
There are a lot of weekly sharing session to help and learn from other projects You will learn a lot and very good firm to gain experience and develop skills because you will be doing a lot Some team members are great to work with Often hosts great parties & events for all employees Interesting projects to work on
Cons
Can be very corporate, sometimes there are unnecessary meetings Heavy micromanagement and constant reassignment of tasks due to insufficient manpower and often force you to take on responsibilities beyond your role Might be required to stay back until midnight sometimes especially during competition. Very hard to get work from home and usually given to directors Heavy gossip culture
