      Fridays off - That is the only pro.

      Cons

      This company is not work working for. They have no respect for their employees and do not treat them well. The owner is extremely self-centered and rude and talks to/about his employees with no respect. I would not recommend anyone who ha values to work here. This company is draining and treats employees so poorly.

      You work 4 10 hour days.

      Cons

      Owner micromanages everything. He constantly changes instructions then likes to belittle his employees by calling them idiots for following his directions. Quality of product is very cheap and they consistently have problems with props. Honestly just a HUGE waste of time.
