Literally nothing…they are over packaging themselves.
Cons
Management is terrible..no culture no training, they have unrealistic expectations but only minimum pay. They never have clear job descriptions, and add you extra tasks without consent. Not recommended for anyone to work at this place. You will be set up for failure.

Nothing worth mentioning. It's hard to find anything.
Cons
Gaslighting can distort the truth. They may abandon you easily. Salaries are lower compared to other similar fields, and despite rising living costs, your salary will remain stagnant
