      * Less office politics than local companies in UAE. * Work from home policy is advantage * Good reputation, good on the CV

      Cons

      * Lower salaries than the market average. * No benefits like schooling * PayScale is extremely biased toward western employees; some get double salary than peers in the same grade/position and department.
