      Pros

      - come to work here if you like micro management - come to work here if you like male-dominated workplace culture

      Cons

      - there is a camera watching you while you're working - they will remote into your computer while you are typing - they will deduct your salary if you are late for several minutes despite the fact you also work overtime - there is no equity in this firm; man is strongly dominated making you feel like you live in the mid 50's - NO aesthetics for design; CASUAL meetings; No guidance - Potential Harassment

      Offers employment to new college graduates & internships Decent coworkers Gain a lot of practical experience Travel opportunities

      Cons

      No leadership / no one to learn from No company culture Lack of morale Little to no benefits Strong lack of communication Doesn’t offer hybrid or WFH at all Cameras in office / work tracking software installed in computers(micromanaging and distrust in employees) Lack of respect and boundaries. Unrealistic expectations and timelines given the above cons^^
