      Ok if all you want is a paycheck

      Pros

      ability to learn equipment calibration, relaxed atmosphere, everyone in my particular lab works very well together and does what needs to be done to complete a job and help others succeed in calibration.

      Cons

      Horrible benefits, minimal holidays, no adhered to review schedule, only 1 week of vacation time, supposed to be 5 labs comprising JM Test which would sound like a nice solid team environment but each lab is only out for itself instead of working as "JM Test", corporate management is a joke, trying to build a huge company with "management" who are only there because they are family. Not because they are competent and knowledgeable.

      Family business but far from family

      Pros

      Schedule flexibility. Great coworkers. A lot of nice people in the field.

      Cons

      A family run business with no team environment. Each department tries to sabotage each other other, even though they all work for the same company. Management doesn't listen to employees' feedback. ABSOLUTELY NO room for growth. No incentive to strive.The cons are too much to list.

      There are no pros. The only pro may be your told you get off at 430 but plan to be there to 7 pm at least. And it's expected not appreciated

      Cons

      Management definitely shows favoritism and tells their pets others business. Very gossipy and not a team. Management is the worse of them all with the gossiping and causing their employees feel inferior. I have never been so disrespected. Claim to be all about family and there for there employees but not true. Not all of us can work for daddy. And have the easy road
