Pros
Nice colleagues in all dept. Learnt a lot of things.
Cons
Not much training and support provided. Very strict lunch time. Benefit is not good. Salary is lower than market rate. No work-life balance.

Somehow, Friendly poeple to work with. but some also not nice.
Cons
Very small SME company with such a bad management, no plans and no communication between employees or from the boss also. Very High Turnaround Rate!
