      None. They will work you to death and give you a measly 2 percent raise

      Cons

      It's all about who you know if your looking for growth. They over work their employees. Constantly short staffed. As far as my current regional it's their way or the hwy. Your opinion doesn't matter or your dedication. Your just another name on their cheap payroll. Your easily replaceable and your job is never secure. Currently seeking other employment!!!!
