      JMH Companies services multiple subsidiaries diversified in many different industries which allows employees the opportunity to learn and develop new skills in different settings. JMH Companies maintains priority to develop and promote from within, and leadership continuously meet with their employees to identify personal and professionals goals, and how to align individuals with company objectives.

      Cons

      Pros and Cons are the same. JMH Companies operates at an extremely fast pace and requires long hours to meet job demands and special projects. The company encourages a healthy work/life balance by enforcing a strict PTO policy that expires all unused PTO at the end of the year.
