      Pros

      Minimal workload, Balance in job life and personal life.

      Cons

      Limited career growth, Salary structure is not good, HR Policy is not good. One man army, Top management only take care of employees when they fall in trap. No proper guidelines for employees. Management don't care about employees.

      1. You have to do Bond Sign if you join in JMI Group in any of position 2.You have to submit all of original documents & certificates so you can not move for another company 3. If you resigned from your position, your notice period will be 3 month or you have to return 3 month gross salary 4.poor increment 5.poor salary structure
