      Pros

      As per companies policy they provide you lunch at free of cost along with pick and drop facility for employees. Salary is very good. People rarely resign once they get such facilities. So you can find many employees working with the organization for decades.

      Cons

      Few senior employees treat their subordinates as very rudely and their behavior is well supported by the superiors (Management Team). Work Environment is very pathetic. For some employees Sunday is not a holiday as they make you work on every Sunday.

      Good & on time salary, accommodation facilities awesome.

      Cons

      24 hour duty , anytime they can call you for work, 3 week off in a months after each 7-8 days , work is like a labour, u need to sweep, mop the working area by yourself. Poor work culture, 0 rating in work life balance.
