Good Ambience and a good environment to work in , Caring seniors and co-workers , Good IT support. Active HR. Young and dynamic CEO who keeps motivating co-workers from time to time to work on different ventures at a time
Cons
there's no fixed "Salary " day which is infact the only issue.
