Do not work here - extremely toxic and horribly run

Remote work is literally the only benefit to working here

This company is the worst place I’ve ever worked. While the work itself was fine (extremely heavy workload though), the environment was so demeaning, toxic and a drain on all of our mental health. It’s a small company but the turnover rate is insane - new employees getting hired and fired within a few months or even weeks. Instead of your work speaking for itself, you have to send daily and weekly reports to upper management that detail everything you worked on. The micromanagement is terrible. People are put into management positions when they have little experience and it never works out well. The company is run by a Scientologist so expect to be made to do Scientology courses under the guise of “training”. You can’t speak up because you’ll be yelled at, demeaned or accused of not wanting to work hard. Compensation is NOT in line with the amount of work or multiple positions you’re asked to do at once. You’d think upper management would’ve learned from their mistakes by now but it seems to only be getting worse. No benefits other than holidays off. Even PTO is a joke. Take my advice and just stay away

If there is a silver lining to the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on business, it’s the number of businesses who are managing remote work forces for the first time. In each case they have learned that in order to keep a business moving forward, daily communication of individual accomplishments and goals is the key. Solid, successful remote businesses don’t survive if there isn’t transparency of activities with staff. Our agency is featured in business articles for its success in remote operation. Not everyone is built for remote work— and we realize that. Luckily, for those who prefer a brick and mortar business environment, there will always be a place for you.

This was the most toxic work environment I’ve ever been a part of

Hostile work environment. Shady business practices. EXTREME workload, LONG hours, NO work-life balance, gossipy senior management. I saw upper management publicly humiliate employees in meetings, circulate personal information about employees through the company and created a cliquey and uncomfortable environment for all. A truly disorganized company with little respect for their employees.

Micro manage exhaustive training , over tasked no benefits at all tons of reports daily, weekly,, monthly meeting to death no time to do anything else. You are always looking over your back they pretend to be nice but they are just gathering info on you. The management is two faced . They cut pay the turnover is crazy.
