Everything else. Unprofessional management, low pay, bad working hours, long travel time (unpaid), no support from management side in regards to lessons or classes, micromanaging from management, company trying to pressure you to not use holidays when they have to find a replacement for you etc.

Low salary. Illegal operations. overworked/underpaid management. Refusal for fair treatment of foreign staff. Refusal to follow legal requirements for operations, insisting on others to lie to government offices about their working hours and locations putting them at risk of being in legal trouble. Please consider deeply before deciding to start with this company.
