Pros
Offers end-of-year bonuses. Friendly Staff. Wild Christmas parties. No engineering experience or degree required to land a job/they'll hire anyone.
Cons
A lot of overtime. Not many industry experts, a couple engineers seem to run the show. Lower than average pay. Management tells you there's a lot of potential there, but the only way to get a decent pay increase is to get an offer from another firm. Must take on a lot of responsibilities outside your discipline to perform well. Manipulative management. Dirty and run-down environment. They preach flexibility, but other firms are a lot more flexible.

Pros
They have a hybrid WFH schedule that allows for flexibility. Feels truly like a team and coordination is smooth--the ability to speak to a manager or boss at any time of the day. Fantastic company culture, with bi-monthly events.
Cons
Small firm so you have to wear multiple hats. Work can get busy; you might have a 30 hour work week followed by a 50+ hour work week.
