      Pros

      Good pay, sometimes have Saturday’s off.

      Cons

      Zero work life balance, expect to work 12 hours a day 6 days a week. Angry uneducated people are leading the company. Can not emphasize enough how horrible your personal life will be impacted if you join this boiler room.

      Pros

      Lots of responsibility, work with a great deal of autonomy. Great opportunity to interface with clients and build project management experience.

      Cons

      Hours can be very long and schedules are demanding. Obviously, anytime you work with sub contractors there will be times you butt heads.

      Good benefits and perks. Some people work hard and really care.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and accountability. Personal preferences of individuals. Those people know who they are and take advantage. Outdated mentality. Gossip.
