-Supportive leadership that genuinely cares about the success and well-being of their employees. From Day 1 I felt like a valued member of the team. -Great sense of camaraderie. -Interesting and diverse projects. -Ample professional growth opportunities.
Cons
-Juggling multiple projects simultaneously can be a challenge but is common in consulting jobs.

Pros
If you’re an engineer, this is a great place to work. Tech staff can set their own hours, work from home (even pre-pandemic) and have parking provided. After a time, they have the option to become shareholders. These perks are all earned on the backs of the support staff who are treated like GARBAGE with no perks, just endlessly monotonous work with no appreciation.
