Toxic top management, poor staff benefits and welfare, under staffed, high turnover

A family owned business which is biased and often set unrealistic expectations. Staff turn-over rate is really high where they hire you during peak season and terminate you afterward saying you're unfit for the job despite your effort getting them through the season. They expect you to do OT and bring the work home afterward. They're slow to review your job and blames you for it. They'll turn a blind eye to your complaints and held a high horse towards the staffs. A good place to learn but not to stay.
