They'll give you a company vehicle as soon as they can. There is absolutely no verification that you know how to perform the duties beforehand.
Cons
If you are a person with experience who actually takes this career seriously, you will cringe and die a little bit every time you are on a job with a more senior employee who you maybe TCP'ing for. There are very few competent employees to train and guide the new hires, who are usually fresh out of the two day course. They recently rehired a man that was fired for bullying two women on a jobsite where the customers felt they may have to intervene.
