This company may be good if you are a new grad or you are in transition. I worked there for a bit over 3 years, but it was a total waste of time, apart from the fact that it paid my bills. There is very little opportunity to advance, but most of my frustrating experience was due to politics. Management encourages unhealthy competition among peers which is a cause for stress.

Cons

Disorganization, lack of planning (execute now and fix later), extremely stressful, lots of politics continuous HR crises/high turnover, when you are hired you are told that you're expected to work extra when needed without getting compensation. that ends up being the norm.

Cons

Disorganized CRO. No clear system for how to do things. Instability and poor management skills are leading to high turnover. The company is trying hard to hide this fact. So, before applying for a job there do your homework and ask any former employee you can find on LinkedIn. Lying is part of the culture there so don't trust the information that is coming from the management team. it is easy for them to say that an employee was fired because he/she is not good, while actually he/she resigned after being fed-up. After the last salary reduction the people were leaving a lot and now they are trying to hire replacements. The free parking spots are not enough and you have to pay to park your car.

It is a family business with inefficient management team from the family of the CEO Very toxic work environment Huge turnover (almost all the team has been replaced in one year)
