      Pros

      You are making an impact on the community and helping people improve their lives. The corporate culture is rich in heritage and caring.

      Cons

      No room for growth. Management is stubborn, disorganized, secretive and outdated. Little interest in new ideas. Not a place to work if you need to grow or need to survive on the compensation.

      Supervisors are the worst..they lie..they Snakes ..talk down to they employees like the have special need

      Pros

      Most of the people at JVS are great, the client base is wonderful and most of the Job Coaches were good as well.

      Cons

      Overall leadership truly needs improvement. Equipment was not up to par with the business times. The workload was impossible and people were often afraid to ask questions or speak their minds. Benefits were good pay was at the lowest end of the bell curve.
