      work break down structure. Guidance of experts. various types of projects.

      Cons

      Unnecessarily team division lead to reduced efficiency. More number people solving 1 projects creates chaos and miscommunication, hence delay in submission.

      If you are in Design Development department then bless yourself. You are on your own. No one will help you or teach you. Better to shift in Etabs or RCDC/SAFE department.

      Office Politics. Overtime not paid. HR is highly Rude. No learning.
