Racist managers and preschool atmosphere. Tattle tales and brown nosers for days. Overworked, underpaid and OT keeps getting taken away due to lawsuits
Great long term career. State retirement. Health care is decent.

Slow to build up money. To much drama for a group of grown people. Management wants it run like a local chemical refinery that is no where near on the same level.
