      Lack of trust in new leadership

      Pros

      Benefits are great if that's all you care about. You can make it, if you pretend you are in love with the company culture and suck up to upper management.

      Cons

      The company culture changed drastically since new President/CEO and new leadership. People are no longer valued for what they are worth. The only happy people are the ones sitting on top (mostly newly promoted). There's a tremendous lack of diversity. Just ask how many minorities make up upper management and director jobs. None out of nearly 40.

      Great benefits and pay for most jobs

      Cons

      Corporate management out of touch. Let us focus on our jobs instead of crazy ideas to try and make us better. We are already great, now we are top heavy and maybe sinking?

      Pros

      Benefits, company loyalty, close knit work place, inside promotions, and job security are some of the best things about jackson EMC.

      Cons

      Some of the people working at jackson EMC are less tolerant of alternative lifestyles and opinions. If you agree with the core values of the people working there then you will thoroughly enjoy this company, if you disagree, it may be tough.
