Pros
If you like the same thing in every way, everyday, this is the place for you. The office is like working in a waiting room and the classrooms are like working in the exam room. They literally tell you to put the eraser in just the right spot on the board, and to have exactly five erasers, and to have the tables flush, and the trash can just so. It's ridiculous.
Cons
I could go on forever, but the bottom line is the head teacher "S" treats teachers poorly and has a great big ego. This place is a "you lean, you clean" sort of establishment. It's quiet and lifeless, then you go into the stale, exam room (classroom) and deliver a lesson as it's written. They literally write down what you should say, how all of your examples/drawings on the board should look, and which examples you should provide to the class WITHOUT DEVIATION FROM THE SCRIPT. It's robotic.
