Pros
Flex time and full medical premiums for employee and family. Great Place to Work. Great people to work with. Really cool projects.
Cons
The work is very challenging. You need to be creative, willing to work long hours at times, travel, work independently, and be good at building trust with clients, end users and architects. This is NOT your 9-5 office job. Every project is different and most are difficult. Staying within budget and on schedule makes the work demanding. But if you like creating incredible stuff you'll be happy here.

Pros
Some of the best benefits in the industry including fully-funded healthcare plan, flex time, use of company car. Surrounded by creative and talented coworkers while participating in complex project work that sets standards for our industry.
Cons
As with any small company, employees need to be willing to take on a multitude of tasks. There's no room for employees that aren't willing to pitch in when needed.
