Work-life balance is second to none, the boss is one of the most generous persons I know and his commitment to excellence guides the team by example. Salaries are higher than at competitors, and the team’s efficiency is unparalleled. Everybody is incredibly serious about their work, and fun and laid back during team outings. The firm is inclusive, offers opportunities to grow, and has a great reward system in place. Hard work is recognised and the atmosphere is very collaborative.
