Leadership mess

Pros

Working there you'll definitely meet a lot of people. 35 people left the company during my 3 years there. Also make some good friends. The initial Jamendo project is really interesting, you'll get to know independent artists and open your mind in terms of music and what it means to be an up-and-coming musician.

Cons

The turnover is crazy. People are not happy there, always looking for another job. Luxembourg is crowded with former employees from Jamendo, almost anyone speaking great about it. The General Management changed 3 times during my time there, staying empty for many months. They don't really know what to do with this company. It seems like the upper management (from AudioValley Group) is trying to kill it, but somehow they didn't manage to do it yet. Last months, they hired several consultants, paying them HUGE money and they literally did nothing, or almost nothing (killing the sales).
