The team is made up of good people. Multi disciplinary team allows new skills and perspectives to be developed.
Cons
Management treat staff poorly. Staff are not satisfied with the work or office environment. Extremely high staff turn over gives the office a negative energy. Staff and heads of departments are not given input or notice of decisions that will have a significant impact on their working lives. There is very little creative ambition within the company, they are satisfied with doing the same repetitive work day in and day out.
