Pros

Have you no moral compass? Are you a bully? Do you take credit for other peoples work? Do you know little or preferably nothing about Sipps? Do have poor written and verbal communication skills? Do you have a proven record of creating an atmosphere of fear and distrust preferably in a failed organisation? Have you previously worked with the CEO or another member of the Exec? Do you live no where near Salisbury and preferably not even in Wiltshire? Do like to say Transparency a lot but fail to demonstrate any when it comes to your self? If you can answer yes to any or preferably all of these please send your CV to James Hay marked senior management recruitment , you will go far.

Cons

If your honest , hardworking and looking for a career .look elsewhere .

Pros

The people on the ground in the teams are all very nice and helpful

Cons

Literally everything else. The management consists entirely of people who have no concept of what it means to be a leader and are only concerned with proving themselves capable in their position, which ultimately ends up being tracking metrics which drive all the wrong behaviours and are not based in the realms of reality. Constantly trying to deliver on a commitment set out by management so long ago, before they lost nearly half their staff, that it isn't even realistic to achieve anymore yet that isn't taken into account and people just need to 'work harder' and 'JFDI'. Attempting to go on a journey of Agile adoption, where the leaders at the helm of that journey have no prior experience or understanding of what being Agile actually means but then refuses to listen to the people they specifically hired to help them through this journey with their expertise. Constantly enforcing unfair expectations on staff. Making them drive to the other office (3 hour drive on a good day, each way) for the 'hackathons' (which aren't hackathons and just simply a way of them getting a 12 hour day out of teams) and for every sprint boundary.

Pros

Great team, with great talents Friendly people, on front line

Cons

Upper management clueless Poor strategic direction Even more horrific IT direction. Politics making you tie your hands Don't toe the party line and you will be pushed out. Have a different view or opinion, something like please pay me for the over time you want me to do. Get pushed out.
