      1. Well decorated office. 2. Learning opportunities. 3. On time salary.

      1. An inefficient system of work management 2. Poor salary structure. 2. Less opportunity for growth and no annual pay raise or promotion 3. They barely provide any kind of facility. There are only Approx. 13 fixed holidays each year.
