      Really none other than full time job.

      Cons

      From top down so political and petty. Childish actually. How a company has survived this long when the top lacks the intelligence to identify where their weaknesses are. Need to get their heads out of their pompous you know what. All their decent staff left on their own accord and are happy making twice the salary and having their contributions acknowledged and rewarded.

      Toxic boss with new manager every 4 months. Bad leadership. Noone supports QA and they bully us.
