      JaniTek is tremendous at working to develop the individual in the field of their choice. There are great job and personal development opportunity at JaniTek Cleaning Solutions. It is important to those who work for JaniTek that the personal fit the Companies image and that it afford its employees and clients like minded people. JaniTek strives for self improvement and hopes to inspire its personal to do the same. I have enjoyed my development and employment and am proud to be part of JaniTek's team.

      JaniTek strives to insure it provides a quality product and service to all its clients. This means we must strive to be all in, and that can be long hours and personal investments. Management is well aware that this can be a price paid to be a quality service provider. With that in mind JaniTek strives to promote a healthy work to home balance. But it would be unfair not to note the hours put into the job.
