      Easy-going, workload is plain and simple.

      Cons

      Management is bad: 1) Manager who don't listen to employees. 2) Manager who speaks vulgarities. 3) Manager who gives empty promises. The career prospect is bleak. Progression based on favoritism, not on merit.
