Lovely building and location with a fantastic admin team
Cons
Lack of flexibility and significant culture issues. Don't look out for their employees and isn't an enjoyable place to be. Pay you for time not expertise or skill and you'd get a higher hourly rate at McDonalds Work life balance is non-existent with no care for anything you do outside of work They don't take any time to train you and the higher ups only want what's good for them, don't care about your skills, wellbeing or goals Demands of role were completely different to as discussed in the interview If you don't drop everything to dedicate your life to the firm, you won't survive and will get eviscerated by your team
