Opportunity for learning and growth, interesting technologies

Cons

Terribly incompetent management, company is so badly managed one C level got fired and 2 resigned, you will work endless hours and still receive pay cuts, this company has no future whatsoever.

A Great Place to Learn—Until It Wasn’t

Pros

- The people (except management) are truly friendly and great to work with. - Until mid-2024, it was an excellent place for learning and growth.

Cons

- Management lacks vision and direction. - There is a significant trust issue—management doesn’t trust employees but expects full trust from them. - False promises from leadership became a recurring theme. - After mid-2024, learning and growth opportunities disappeared. - Salaries do not match market standards, making it hard to justify staying long-term. - Leadership positions are filled by the management’s friends, not qualified professionals. - Micromanagement is the norm, making it difficult to work efficiently or independently. - Deadlines are intentionally unrealistic—management believes that setting impossible deadlines will boost productivity, but it only creates unnecessary stress. - Instead of recognizing and appreciating top performers, management follows the worst advice possible, often turning the workplace into a toxic, recurring nightmare that drives good people out.

Pros

- Full of experienced, hardworking and brilliant engineers. - Knowledge base expands in a fast rate in some departments

Cons

- Unfortuantely, salary ranges are not competitive at all, and if they do happen to be adequate; you find yourself in a cycle of infinite mental, physical and emotional distress. - Dont expect to be able to keep up with the all the chaos, micro management and lack of organization. - Randomness is the most popular trait in the day to day operations with zero to minimum recognition from business owners. - Whilst proven to have great potential, the zero lack of vision and commitment to the mission always bring back everyone to square zero. - Stop trying to act like a family or a corporate, its a midlevel company and all interactions should be as professional as a company should be. - Handling mega projects is not feasible with small number of resources, should hire more experienced and senior enginers in all departments. - & Of course, wanna-be steve jobs managers always think that they can fix it and do it all; which leads to mismanged resources, blurry deadlines and unfeasible plans. - Among the biggest problems is the deep state of denial regarding top performers and how underappreciated/overstressed they are untill its too late. - Moreover, The lack of trust; second guessing everything and denying every fact and piece of truth - either written, communicated or promised - is a trend amongs the C's.
